I was always impressed with the professionalism and courtesy extended by all of the staff in handling our account. Greg faithfully met with me each year to make sure the coverage fit my ever changing business needs. He also made the appointment on site at my business location to make sure that the appointment worked around my busy schedule and to ensure that my building coverage was adequate. We were fortunate to only need our insurance just a couple of times and Hicks Insurance was always on top of the claim process and checking in to make sure the repairs were made to our satisfaction. Between my husband and myself, we have owned and operated three businesses in Dixon, Illinois. We sincerely believe in shopping local and being loyal to the vendors who service us.
We all know how important it is to have insurance. It is really important to me to have an agent who I trust and is always there for me. That agent for me is Greg Hicks of Hicks Insurance in Dixon, IL.
No matter what my problem was from a wrecked truck to a broken down freezer, Greg was prompt and always took care of our needs. Even today as we are moving to another state, Greg was more that willing to review our policies and offer his advice.

My purpose in writing is to thank you for your support in handling many of the details related to the recent auto accident involving my wife. While she was not at fault, our 1998

He was Very thorough and I knew from our first phone call that I was working with someone who was going to follow through and help us receive all we were entitled to receive in compensation for our loss.
